To register as a taxpayer, click on the "Register" button on the homepage. You'll need to provide your personal details, contact information, and the type of tax you'll be paying. Once registered, you'll receive a Tax ID that you can use to log in to the system.
We currently accept payments through various mobile money platforms including MTN MoMo, AirtelTigo Money, and Vodafone Cash. We also support bank card payments for those who prefer that option. All transactions are secure and you'll receive instant confirmation.
After making a payment, you'll receive a digital receipt via email. You can also download your receipt at any time by logging into your account, navigating to "Payment History," and clicking the "Download Receipt" button next to the relevant transaction.
If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll be prompted to enter your registered email address or Tax ID. A password reset link will be sent to your email, which you can use to create a new password.
Your payment information is highly secure. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect all data transmissions. We don't store your mobile money PIN or bank card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with international security standards.
